When excellence is the standard, nothing else compares. Recognizing the necessity of quality works, Loh & Loh strived to achieve the ISO 9002 certification. In early 1997, it succeeded in obtaining the ISO 9002 from two established certifying bodies namely;

1. BM Trada Certification Ltd (previously knows as Construction Quality Assurance Ltd. United Kingdom) (Project management of building and civil construction works) Loh & Loh has the honour of being the first construction firm in Malaysia to receive this certification.
2. SIRIM, Malaysia (Provision of building and civil engineering construction services) The ISO 9002 has been regularly reviewed by CQA Ltd and SIRIM and continues to be endorsed by them until today.

Loh & Loh has always been committed to the practice of good environmental management system. For this conscious effort, the company was awarded the “ Most Environmental-Friendly Contractor “, “ Best Environmental-Friendly Management System for Earthworks “ and the “ Best Site Office “ in Putrajaya for the year 2000 by Putrajaya Holdings.
