Contents	:	We refer to the above matter. Further to the announcement made on 14 April 2010, the Company wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) has, via its letter dated 12 April 2010, granted the Company a further extension of time of 3 months from 10 April 2010 until 10 July 2010 to comply with the public shareholding spread requirement pursuant to Paragraph 8.02(1) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities. The Company also wishes to announce that its public shareholding spread, based on the latest Record of Depositors in its possession which is that as at 14 May 2010, was as follows:- Percentage (%) of public shareholding spread : 10.05% This announcement is dated 17 May 2010.
